Monthly financial and operating review, variance analysis, and follow-up on material issues.

Accountability for property managers, operators, and service providers against agreed plans and responsibilities.

Coordination of capital expenditures, renovations, and other significant property initiatives.

Support for investor, governance, insurance, lender, franchise, and compliance reporting where applicable.

Owner-side support for refinancing, major contracts, transitions, and other significant decisions.

The owner’s role
Prairie Ventures Management represents ownership by maintaining financial and operational visibility, coordinating major decisions, and following execution against the approved plan.
Property operations remain the responsibility of the applicable property manager or operator unless expressly included in a separate written agreement. Asset-management services are provided by Prairie Ventures Management LLC under separate written agreements.
